How is the prize pool distributed?
The net prize pool is 90% of the total entry fees.
Tournament with 1 prize place:
- The winner receives the entire net prize pool.
Tournament with 2 prize places:
- If there are less than 3 participants: The winner receives the entire net prize pool.
- If there are 3 or more participants: 2nd place gets their entry fee back, and 1st place takes the rest of the fund.
Tournament with 3 prize places:
- If there are 5 or more participants: 3rd place gets their entry fee back. The remaining fund is split 65% for 1st place and 35% for 2nd.
How are prizes split in case of a tie?
If multiple participants score the same number of points and claim prize places, the following happens:
- Prizes are summed up. All prize money for the places shared by the players is added together.
- The sum is split evenly. The resulting total is divided equally among all players who scored the same number of points.
- The next places are skipped. The next player by score will take the place immediately following the last of the "tied" players.
